KARNYX SHIPPING POLICY

The blind doesn't wait, and we want you to be ready for the next big migration. We move fast and precise to ensure your gear is with you for your next day out. 

FREE SHIPPING

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $99
  • Shipping costs for orders under $99 are calculated at checkout

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Most orders are processed within 1 business day
  • Orders placed before 2:00pm MST ship the same business day whenever possible
  • Orders placed after 2:00pm MST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day whenever possible

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly.

TRACKING

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

PEAK SEASON TRANSPARENCY

During peak hunting season (typically August through December), order volume increases significantly.

While we still work to ship as quickly as possible, processing times may extend by 1–2 business days during this period.

We believe clear expectations are better than surprises.

 

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & RESPONSIBILITY

Once a carrier confirms delivery:

  • The order is considered delivered
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer

Karnyx is not responsible for:

  • Packages stolen after delivery confirmation
  • Delays caused by carriers
  • Delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

Lost in Transit

If a package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us and we will open a claim with the shipping carrier
  • Replacement or refund will be issued only after loss is confirmed by the original carrier

This process protects both our customers and our business from fraudulent claims.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the packaging and damaged item

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

STOLEN PACKAGES

At this time, Karnyx does not replace or refund orders confirmed as delivered and later reported stolen.

We strongly recommend:

  • Shipping to a secure location
  • Using delivery instructions when available
  • Selecting optional shipping protection at checkout (see below)

SHIPPING PROTECTION (OPTIONAL)

Optional shipping protection may be offered at checkout.If selected, shipping protection can:

  • Simplify replacement or refund processing
  • Provide faster resolution for lost or damaged shipments

Shipping protection is optional and does not change the requirement for carrier confirmation in loss cases.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur reshipping fees
  • Karnyx is not responsible for orders delivered to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer
