When we founded Karnyx, we promised to deliver our customers with a warranty as strong as our gear. If our product fails in the field, then we failed to deliver our promise of pressure proven performance. 

All Karnyx products come with our field-proven lifetime warranty. If your Karnyx product fails due to a defect in the craftsmanship or materials, we will replace it - no questions asked! 

Your Karnyx field-proven lifetime warranty will not cover normal wear & tear, cosmetic wear, loss or theft, intentional damage or neglect, or damage caused by modifications or unauthorized repairs. However, we will offer replacements for these products at a discounted rate per our discretion.

We're confident you will love your Kaynyx product, so enjoy a 60 day no questions asked return window while you test your gear in the field where it matters most. If you don't love it, we'll take it back. 

Products returned within the 60 day window must be fully functional with no signs of excessive wear, be free of stains, odors, or heavy residue, and not be altered in any way. Proof of purchase must also be presented at the time of return. Limit 1 field-tested return per customer every 12 months. 

Buyer's remorse? It happens. Any return due solely to buyer's remorse may be subject to a small return processing fee of $9.95. This helps cover our costs, and is applied at our discretion. Prefer to exchange? We'll cover the processing fee for your return and ship out your new product free of charge.
